Catering

Order catering from Saya Sushi in Stockholm at Linnégatan 31, Östermalm or Olofsgatan 6, City. Both for private and corporate customers. Of course we have nice  vegetarian options as well. We have provided all kinds of events with catering regardless of size. As for example we have delivered food to the TV show Idol, Lindex event ”Sweden’s largest baby shower” and the the opening of Rituals Cosmetics premium store in Gallerian.

Order via email, we respond during office hours Monday-Friday within 24 hours: catering@sayasushi.se. If you have not received an answer within 24 hours, take a look in your Spam so it didn’t end up there. If you are in a hurry/need to order on the weekend or in the evening, call: 076 277 94 74 and we will help you!

Sushi buffet

We deliver our sushi in larger disposable trays (35×24 cm, holds up to 40 pieces), nicely set and just for you to open up and enjoy. Minimum order, 15 pieces (for less see our ordinary menu). We usually count about 12 pieces / person.

* Note! Seared salmon is only available at Olofsgatan. At Linnégatan the seared nigiri will be exchanged to salmon and shrimps, and Saya rolls to Bomb rolls.

The salads are ordered per serving, but are delivered in one (or more) larger molds depending on quantity.

Put together your own buffet, below you can see which pieces we have. You can get exactly as many pieces as you want, but the minimum order is 150 pieces. Maki is ordered in even 10s. You can easily see your price with the calculator.

Luxury sushi

Do you want something out of the ordinary? Then our luxury sushi can be an option.  Perfect to combine them with our regular a sushi buffet.

Gyoza/Dumplings

We deliver our homemade dumplings in larger disposable molds (holds up to 50 pieces), nicely set and just for you to open up and enjoy. We count about 10 dumplings per person.

Dumpling catering also includes: chopsticks, soy, chili mayo, spinach sauce and a plain salad with tomato, cucumber and lettuce.

Yakitori (chicken skewer)

We deliver our yakitori in larger disposable molds (holds up to 50 pieces), nicely set and just for you to open up and enjoy. We usually count about 6 pieces per person.

Yakitori catering also includes: chopsticks, rice and a plain salad with tomato, cucumber and lettuce.

Staff (min 2 per.)

Do you want us to come to your home or your company to prepare the sushi there, and keep it neat and serve your buffet? Then you can hire staff from us.

Serving staff/Chef:
Price: Mon–Fri, 365 kr/hour until 20.00 and thereafter 445 kr/hour.
Saturday: 365 kr/hour until 16.00, thereafter 445 kr/hour.
Sunday: 475 kr/hour.

Staff time is calculated from departure to return at our kitchen at Olofsgatan 6.
Prices includes VAT.
All our employees are insured to accidents.
We are members of Visita and have a collective agreement.
