Saya Sushi

Saya Sushi started in 2012 when we opened our doors in the Hötorget subway station. We then moved on to Malmskillnadsgatan and are now located at Linnégatan 31 in Östermalm in Stockholm, a stone's throw from Östermalmstorg and the food scene of the market hall. In December 2019 we opened our second restaurant, at Olofsgatan 6, next to Hötorget, in the middle of the city and in the fall of 2022 we opened our third restaurant, at Birger Jarlsgatan 99 B. Here we serve the most delicious dishes from the Asian food culture.

Inspiration from Asian food culture

In Asia, dumplings are a very popular dish, so of course you will also find these tasty dumplings on our menu. However, our dumplings are a mix of the best of the Mongolian tradition and the Chinese cuisine where dumplings originally come from. We make them with love by hand (unlike many other restaurants) here in our kitchen in Östermalm.

Our menu also includes a range of other dishes such as Japanese sashimi, yakitori, yakiniku, shake-mushi and bibimbap. Our goal is to prepare the very best food from fresh ingredients, according to your wishes. Do you want your salmon grilled? Just let us know and we'll make it happen! Our motto: "a newly discovered dish is more fun than a newly discovered star".

If you have a wedding, birthday party, student party, a party with work or any other fun event, we can arrange catering. If none of our suggestions fit, contact us and we will solve it according to your wishes. In the fall of 2017, we delivered food to the TV program Idol, where we ended up on their Top 10 for best restaurants.
